Did you know that we have our own little Vertical Dance Company here in Southern Maryland?! I know, I know what you’re thinking. Isn’t that like pole dancing…? You’re right it totally is but, they are not limited to just pole dancing. Back in February, before Covid, I met with the owner Tammy for coffee to learn more. During our meeting I learned so much about what vertical dancing is. She explained that there are other classes her studio offers such as aerial fitness, belly dance, chairwerk/floorwerk & twerk, and of course various pole classes. These classes not only give you some sexy moves but exercise your body in ways you wouldn’t have thought. Do you even know how much strength is needed to move around a pole? If you don't you will soon find out!
Back in March Vertical Dance Co and Dreamy Days Beauty teamed up to offer a lash give away. For every class you took at Vertical Dance Co. your name was entered to win a full set of lash extensions! Unfortunately, we all found ourselves in the midst of a pandemic and were unable to finish the giveaway. Now that things are starting to go back to this new normal we decided to give it another go! So for all October, any class you take with Vertical Dance Co. your name will be entered in the drawing for a set of lash extensions. We are even adding in the names of the March participants who were able to attend before our closures!
Vertical Dance Co. is located in Callaway, Maryland. While it is surrounded by other businesses the windows and doors are all blacked out to provide privacy. Class sizes are small which is perfect for anyone wanting to learn a new skill. I'm personally interested in learning Aerial fitness and a little twerk werk never hurt.
